Suzanne Strahan: Finance Broker is a Brisbane-based mortgage broking firm that specialises in helping clients buy their first home. We can also arrange the funds you need to invest in property or consolidate debts.
Having worked for other Mortgage Brokers, principal and founder Suzanne Strahan decided she could offer clients a better service by working for herself. Suzanne achieves superior outcomes for her clients by focusing on personalised service to achieve the best possible outcome for each client.

About Suzanne Strahan - Principal
Suzanne's busy and varied working life has given her a strong insight into how finance works in different situations, and first hand experience that goals can be reached with the right planning and effort. For over twenty years, she and her husband built the Hire Me! Trailers concept into a successful business, and she also established and managed three successful Laundromat businesses.
Helping people realise their dreams keeps Suzanne motivated. "Whether it is someone buying their first home, someone needing to consolidate their debts to make life a little easier, or an elderly couple wanting to enjoy their retirement years and needing the cash to do so...it is all very rewarding."
Suzanne has good advice for those looking for a comfortable retirement. "You have your working years to set yourself up for your retirement years - don't blow it. How well you do this determines how well you will live in your retirement. Being smart with regard to loan structures, budgeting and tax laws can make a huge difference."
In her spare time, Suzanne works with Zonta International, a worldwide service organisation of executives in business and the professions working together to improve the legal, political, economic, educational, health and professional status of women.
Suzanne Strahan is a Member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) & The Credit Ombudsman Service Limited (COSL).
Suzanne lives in Samford Valley, Brisbane, where she is also a keen property investor and renovator.
